How it works:

SuccessFactors users create and update job requisitions in the usual way. Recruiters can add candidates to job requisitions and candidates apply for open positions via the SuccessFactors hosted career pages. CiiVSOFT AI is synchronised with SuccessFactors, 24/7 via the API.

CiiVSOFT AI analyses relevant attributes and experience in the candidate CV and the job applied for. A detailed, bias-free summary is generated and recorded in Application Comments for recruiter review.
