How it works:

Greenhouse users create and update jobs in the usual way. Recruiters can add candidates to job requisitions and candidates apply for open positions via the Greenhouse hosted career pages. CiiVSOFT AI is synchronised with Greenhouse, 24/7 via the Harvest API.

CiiVSOFT AI analyses relevant attributes and experience in the candidate CV and the job applied for. A detailed, bias-free summary is generated and recorded in the Candidate Activity Feed for recruiter review.
